Looking for a gash rear disc for 1200

Hi I'm looking for a gash, dead, used, knackered rear disc for a 1200gs.

Why you might ask.

Well Steptoe is looking for one that can be given to his disc manufacturer so it can be copied.

Then once this has been done, we can purchase discs that don't cost an arm and a leg.

Can anyone help?

My own bike is uesd daily for work and therefore it's not easy for me to justify standing the bike up for a while with no rear disc.

Given that evertime a BM dealer changes a final drive unit they swap the disc as well there should be a few kicking round in the skips out the back....
I'm sure a BM dealer would be willing to let you have one
