Looking for an R80/100 Mono Front disc

I'm looking for an R80 Mono (1989) front disc. Want to upgraded to twin discs.

Does anyone have one they want to part with.

4 bolt disc (G/S is 5 bolt).

Discs were not a drilled 88-90

I will check the thickness tomorrow.

Thank you, But as the otheres have said, the g/s has five holes.

Cheers Steve. I'll have a look today to see if it's the right one, it's under wrapps in the back shed at the mo. My outfit is based on an RT and I think the discs are a bit different. I'll compare it to Jills 100gs para.

As mine is a GS disc I doubt the it will fit.

Thanks. Been and had a look to compare the two. Seems the GS disc has a deeper dish. However the disc is floating and it fits on the outer edge of the dish. Whereas the RT dish is shallower and the disc fits on the outside of the dish. So might fit all the same. I'll have to get out there and pull the front wheels of the two bikes to get a better look.

Is your disc already off the wheel? Maybe you'd be able to give me some measurements of the depth of the dishing? The measurement I need is the total depth of the disc and its dished carrier.

By just offering up a tape measure to the fitted wheel it seems, both discs look like they are the same diameter and thickness 280mm x 5mm.


The 1st pic is the RT Mono, the 2nd GS,para. Looking to the far right of pic 1 you can see the RTs disc is mounted on the outside of the dish/carrier.

I have just held a tape measure up but to give the exact size i will need to take it off
