have you tried AliExpress? They were doing sets of SDs for peanuts, when I last thought I might need one.

When I replaced the oil seals on my last BSA A65, and I think my F650, I believe I used a piece of waste pipe that I split along its length, and used that to tap against to knock the seals in.
