Been trying breakers all day, does anyone know dimensions of factory low side and centre stands? looking more likely that I'm going have to chop an weld standard ones, as the stands seem like hens teeth to get hold of!

Thanks in advance

Steve.

That’s what I did with my 1200r......lots of factory lowered BMWs did not have a centre stand option.

I think the low side is 20mm lower than the std...

I have it written down somewhere - i'll go and have a hunt later

I tried putting a 20mm block under the current std stand to see how upright it is

its not to bad, but requires quite a leg lift on std suspension, will be interesting to see what its like on 30mm low suspension

Just got to my paper work

Actual measurement is 29mm

i'm pretty sure if i leave 29mm on the side stand it will be near on vertical lol

I fitted 30mm lowered Wilbers suspension and got away with increasing the bend on the side stand.

Is that 29mm off the length?

Taking the the mounting boss hole as point A and the underside of the foot as point B if i recall (again the measurements are on my desk lol )

Std stand is around 274mm and the lowered is around 245mm

You could take the 29mm out of the vertical part of the stand , and the foot angle needs to change also
