Lower your seat for no cost?

Wait till ya arse starts hurting as i found the stock seat no good for touring miles.

I'm sure it depends upon a lot of factors but I did 240 miles, mainly on poorly surfaced, twisty, bumpy, B roads, last Friday and my arse was probably as comfortable as it would have been on the low Sargent seat I had on my twin cam..... :nenau

I found my seat brilliant 3000 mies across Europe . No problems. Had a Tourarob one ..crap...seargent was the next step but the standard is fine for me.
Maybe its because I have a slight figure :augie:augie:augie:augie:augie:augie:bounce1

I used a short length of wooden broom handle, cut a grove in it, and put a section of old car radiator hose over the section of wood.
Works for me, not as neat as in this post but I can touch the ground flat footed. :clap

I did glue the adaption in place.

Thanks for the idea. A great help.

Cheers from a SHORT AR**
