Do the KTM TT panniers fit on the KTM H&B racks?

I've just bought the KTM rack with the KTM/TT ally boxes and they fit fine.
Oddly, I ordered H&B panniers to start with and they did NOT fit; the bracket on the rack was not big enough or drilled to accept the adaptor plates H&B supplied with their boxes! Weird!
