M50 Toll on four wheels (car from NI) ??

Like many from here (I guess) I am regular user of M50 .... like about 4 or 6 times a year. Never paid , never planned to ..... never heard squeak .... until NOW !!

What's the score here ? - Have they just managed to close the communication loop ? Have I just been lucky ? Is the technology such that they only manage to "see" a certain percentage of transgressors ? ..or what

ah well.....
 
i know good few people who got letters in post few days after not paying when they forgot or if they put car reg in incorrect

when the barriers were still there I was nearly decapitated by a plonker in a NI reg van - thought he'd sail through by tailgating his mate's van, snapped the barrier off and right into my face. What is it about our norther........I'll say no more :blast

Tell me what they are going to do to you if you don't pay:confused:

I don't have a Euro credit / debit card so will not be paying an extra £2.50 over and above the toll which is the minimum FX charge made by the credit card company.

I think I will take my chances and wait until they prosecute all the Dubliners and inhabitants of the other 26 counties and the rest of Europe for not paying first:clap. Oh and don't forget the travellers from the good old US of A :hide

They will possibly sell on the debt to a debt collection agency in the north. Then depending on which neighbourhood you live in or chapel you attend on a sunday :bow they will decide on the appropriate collection method.
