Machinemart VAT free days, do they still occur?

I'm looking to purchase a piece of kit, and there are several sellers of the piece across UK including Machinemart.
Now if the VAT free days still happen at Machinemart, then they will be the cheapest outlet on the day for the item.
I have not heard about these VAT free days for a while, do they still exist and if so, how do I enrol or obtain notifications of when they are?
Any info will be gratefully received?

yes, they do. quite frequently too, i'd say.

they send me news of them via email, so i guess you need to register on their site, or buy something from them, and they take your email in the shop

if i remember right, requesting a catalogue gets you into their system asnd you get the vat free(or10% off clarke products) via email ondrewt long had one at their stoke branch (dont know if it is national?)

OK, I have registered using two methods, one as a friend recommend type, and the other through the catalogue request.
