Macromedia nightmare

Whilst in ukgser.com and some other but not all locations, at every click of the mouse I get a pop up and I'm asked to down load Macromedia Flash Player 7...........

What is it and how do I stop or delete this infuriating msge please.

you need the Macromedia plug-in to make some parts of the site work properly, its not a virus or anything like that, so just download it
