Took a sedate ride out today back to my roots, took in some sights on the way there.
First coffee stop, not a bad view.

Sandwiches consumed admiring the view in the other direction.
Down the road is a very sad sight, the ski jump looking very much worse for wear and neglected, my Dad built it in the 1970s
Decided to take the long way out of town.
This used to be a hard packed forest road that was part of the Mintex (RAC) rally, bit "interesting" on worn out Tourances.
Break out the bobble hat, a quick train spotter stop on the way home.
Anyone know the locations?
