Maintenance courses

Hi, Does anybody know of any BMW maintenence courses around London please?
I am a complete beginner and looking for a basic course of say a couple of weeks full time or evening classes just to help me keep mobile on a long trip through the Americas and back upto U.K through Africa on a 1200gs.
I've already signed up for the 1 day World of BMW course but it could take a whole day just to get it onto the mainstand !!!

I think there is only World of BMW maintenance course venue, and that's in South Wales. In fact, the first one is on Tues 24th March 09.

Thats the only one I've found so far and I've booked the 30th June,but I need more than a day believe me..!! Anybody got any other suggestions please..I'm going to the Touratech open weekend on the 27th March so I'll ask around when I'm there.
