Making a bigger partition on my hard drive

I`ve had a 200gb hard drive on my laptop for a while, it`s been partitioned 40gb and 160 gb and I was wondering if I can make the 40gb part bigger without having to move all my stuff to my "E" drive?

partition magic software has the ability to do this.

You need to defrag the bigger drive to make sure some space is literally free without scattered data, and then us partition magic (made by powerquest) and it will move the partition for you.
