Malta May 2008 (Whos up for it)??

This years trip to Fes was great. photos and Video on www.gstours.co.uk just looking at Malta for May 2008. So far I got one couple on a VFR coming and one couple on an R6!!! Its starting to look like a great trip. A new high speed ferry is in service between Siciliy and Malta and it looks great.

Looking to add some GS bikes to add to the line up?? As i'm a scuba diving instructor i am planning a couple of dives if there's anyone who wants to learn or who has a certificate already then we can visit some great sites. We have contacts in Malta and its a real safe place for GSers. Anyone interested please email me at the above website.

PLEASE NOTE:- I am not leading a tour, nor is there a cost to sharing the info or coming along, anyone on any bike is welcome, this is where people with similar likes can talk over a beer and share the trip.

Could be interested, was a 2nd class BSAC diver but that was some time ago.

Hi Woody,

I havent yet worked out the cost but for a couple i dont think your going to get any change out of £2,200 ish. 2 weeks long but its a hell of a ride. Not for everyone as you have to cover 400 - 500 miles most days. What with tolls fuel and hotels on route, ferries and the tunnel it starts to add up.

Will start to plan the trip in detail in September / October and will have more details for you then. BASC is fine, your'll be boucing off the bottom before you know it.

Cheers Mick, It's worth considering for next year, Not been to Malta before, I'll keep a weather eye on it for now, maybe a few of the lads I ride with maybe interested also, All ride GS's well seasoned riders, I'll be in touch.
