We’re downsizing to a MWB now as this isn’t getting the usage it deserves.
2022 model MAN TGe 3.189 8 speed auto XLWB.
Up-plated to 4200kgs with the correct factory reinforced axles. Registered as PHGV so no limiter or tacho needed. Just 29k miles.
This was originally built for Jonny Walker by SC Sporthomes in 2021 and used to move him around the enduro circuit for 10 months.
We then bought it and had them do a few changes.
Namely the single bed changed to a fold up king size, the rear bench made removable, a proper e-marked light bar roof mounted and a garage door fitted.
Metallic black bodywork with one mark to the front bumper from someone in a car park. The front splitter that SC insist on fitting fell foul of a badger a few weeks ago. Easily repaired, replaced or simply removed. Being honest. It’s not an expensive fix and I was simply going to remove the splitter to avoid any future issues.
Full LED auto headlight’s, cornering lights, heated steering wheel, cruise, limiter.
Extended media package with the larger screen, Apple CarPlay, Android, inbuilt satnav, etc.
Factory fitted captains chairs with full swivels. Drop down handbrake.
Kitchen, fridge/sink/hob/inboard water.
The Fiamma F45S is 4.5m and perfect condition.
The full privacy room we purchased late last year has only been used at ABR and the GS Trophy. It comes with the additional full floor, all the tensioning poles, door poles, etc which are extra purchases. Also have the magnetic draught curtain which is unused. That’s over £2k of kit.
Levelling blocks.
Factory fitted glass with internal blinds.
Also fitted the correct thermal blinds on the doors and windscreen. The windscreen one I chose not to screw in the base as the holes needed are where the tweeters are in the extended media package this one has.
Has a full electrical installation with B2B charging, solar, 240V on hookup, massive gel leisure battery, etc.
Led internal lighting, blue accent, awning lighting.
All four tyres have done less than 500 miles.
Recent MOT.
It easily swallows 2x GS’s and 2x enduros with kit and still has room. First GS needs the screen taking off for it to go under the bed but that’s only 2 screws. Enduros go under easily.
Picture shows it with a 701 Rally as an idea of the room.
Price is £77k with everything. No VAT.
Will consider removing the privacy room if someone doesn’t want that but honestly can’t see why they wouldn’t.
As CJL Leisure said recently, you can’t buy the base vehicle for this price now.

Stunning van - presumably you drive it on a C1 license ?
Yes, you need 3500-7500kgs.
I’m old enough for it not to matter (although have/had the ones for bigger kit over the years too).
You could down plate it back to 3500kgs but you’d be too close to the limit. Hence doing to ensure us and anyone else is legal.
Plenty of load capacity now.

Few leads coming in from the broker its listed through however open to a reasonable offer. There are MWB ones for far more than what this is at and we're prepared to look at an offer that's honest.

Can you post some pic of the bed with dimensions and headroom please
1950 deep by 1600 wide. King size
Height is plenty enough to get in and out. You can’t sit fully up but then you can’t in anything with a full size garage underneath even with a roof pod.
