Mapsource Route - South Wales

I'm a cheeky fecker but anyone got a mapsource route they'd be willing to post. Only parameters are:

1. South Wales
2. ON road
3. about 150-180miles
4. good weather

I'm looking for a good ride i.e. twisty roads and lack of traffic more important than views/points of interest

Would be much appreciated.
