Many of you may know Martin Ingham of Oadby Motorcycle Sevices (ex Len Manchester and others in the area), now trading in Melton Mowbray. He had a serious crash road testing a customers machine a few days ago in Great Dalby. Martin sustained serious injuries and is in a Coma. Hope he pulls through 🤞

How’s Martin doing ?
Not so well. After being discharged from Hospital, he was home for a fortnight then readmitted. He is back in Glenfield, Isolation Ward with drains to his spleen and other problems. Getting this secondhand from the In-Laws so news is not regular or detailed. Basically; very poorly.

Hi, I used Martins services and found him a great guy. I was actually at his house waiting for him to return when I heard he had the accident. I’ve often wondered how he is, does anyone know any updates

Was it your bike?

I believe, no real improvement. Some paralysis, internal organ drains fitted and can't walk etc. My In-Laws live next door. If I hear anything, I will post.

Hi, not my bike, Martin was planning to work on mine and I was waiting for him at his house when I heard, it was terrible to realise what had happened and everyone felt helpless. Thanks for letting me know, I hope he can still recover in time.

Martin has improved. Most issues resolved but right side weak and very limited hand movement. Can't drive or work. Had a go on a eBike, but very wobbly.
