Max height of bar risers

I saw a link to the rox risers and liked the look of the swivelling ones, so I'm just off to the shed to start knocking some up, buggered if I'm paying them when I got suitable scrap ally bar in the shed.
BUT - what's the max height I can raise the bars on a 04 1200 before I have to start buggering about wi cable and brake/clutch line lengths please?
I'd like to make them as high as poss.

On a thread I started here, regarding the rox's, it was said that all that needs doing is for the cables to be moved behind the forks. The rox's have a 2.25" rise. I'm going to fit them tomorrow so can let you know how it went. I can trace a template of them if it'll help, and email it to you.

Thanks for that Expat, I just cut the bar and started machining so it's too late to alter my design. It'll be like most of my mods, ugly as sin but effective, I hope.
It was just the height I wanted really and you've answered that but thanks again for your offer.
