I wouldn't bother.

The Garmin 2620 is not suited to motorcycle applications as the microdrive will not tolerate the NVH.

can you not pull the microdrive and replace with a card?

That was my backup plan, in case the HardDrive proves to be a problem . But this is my very first GPS that I buy (got it a few hours ago)
