Did the Mayday run to Hastings today with Nicola , met up with a group of XRV.Org guys who were doing a fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer support, they are doing a ride from Lands end to John O'Groats as an Ironbutt ride for charity later in the year and need all the support they can get, so go look at www.thelongestday.org tocontribute or go do the ride.... all 850-ish miles of it in one run.
