Me torque wrench doesn't click

Not strictly a 1200 thread...just some help needed but I can't post in the font of all wisdom section for some reason...and Mr Chateauneuf du Pape says to post it here...so here it is...

My Draper torque wrench don't click no more, it's lost its mojo and is now just a spanner. Is it a scrapper or is it's click recoverable ?
