Meets/Recommended Rides?

Hey folks, got a 6 week stint in your sunny! part of the world comin up thru nov and dec. will be in the brecon area. can anyone point me in the right direction for any meets or decent rides (sheep not inc) comin up? pref w'ends

I don't like posting my favourite roads on the web but two popular meeting places close to Brecon are:

Oasis Cafe, Abergavenny Bus Station - about 20 miles east of Brecon

West End Cafe, Llandovery about 20 miles west of Brecon.

Both are on the A40 and easy to find.

Be aware that the police throughout Wales like their mobile scamera vans. They tend to stick to the M4 corridor and major trunk roads.

I work a four on four off rotating shift pattern and am out on the bike at least two of my days off so providing SWMBO has'nt got other plans and you want to meet up for a spin let me know.
