Melted Indicator

Just took the baffle out of my Remus can today and went for a blast.

Damn thing has melted my indicator totally, back, insides & lens disappeared.

Anyone else had the same?

Anyone got a nearside indicator and white lens for sale?

Just put a remus on mine and removed the baffle, should I expect a meltdown??

Odd!!!!!!!!

This has just happened to my 1150.

And I have the baffle IN.

And it's been thatw ay for 2 years. So why choose two week ago to melt?

Anyway, it cost les than £20 for replacements, inc lamp and lens.

Have read a few posts of this happening, had no problems personally in the time I had the Remus can fitted.

Happened before but

all in good fun, went to the le mans 24 hr races a few years ago and my mate chained his blade to mine with his exhaust near to the rear of my bike.
As the beer kicked in we would entertain the crowds with revving the nuts of the bikes and screaming viva la resistance Anyway next morning my indicator had melted onto the floor and the number plate was unreadable.
Cracking fun though
