Micahel,

Tried to PM you.

Did you have any joy getting an answer / response to the 'Memory error' message I was getting on my BMW Nav II when calculating some long routes
in V8

On a longish trip around France. I have discovered some other glitches (bugs) with V8 that I wanted to pass on to you / Garmin.

If you could turn your PM or drop me a PM with an email address I will forward them off to you (or Garmin).

Many thanks,

Richard Nash

Hi Richard:

I normally leave the 'Private Message' function on my account disabled, because I don't want to turn into a one-man volunteer GPSR consultative practice. I'm happy to help out in the public forums, though, where the information is shared with all.

Would you be willing to post the difficulties you are having here on this thread? That will allow others to review them and perhaps offer their thoughts. If I see anything that I think should be passed on to the Garmin engineering team, I will forward the information. NB that some of the Olathe based engineers and some of the Garmin UK based support staff lurk here on the forum anyway (it's one of the world's more friendly and thoughtful GPSR forums), so chances are that they will read the info long before I forward it.

Quite understand. I will post it in an 'Open letter'.
