Messages in folder

I have not opened any folders but th site tells me I have 16 messages in my folders.
How can I find the messages and then delete them.
I am new to computers so please be asclear as possible if you can help.

If you're getting that message from UKGSe's, I guess its somethig to do with your PM's (private messages).

See the row of tabs along the top of the screen?
Click User CP (control panel), then from the list along the row near the top of that page open up 'Private messages' .....whatever you have 16 messages about should be there...I've not used folders but down at the bottom of the page will be a tab about 'folders'....explore there and you should find what you're looking for...

Open Private Messages and then top right hand corner above list of posts is Jump to Folder - Change that to sent items are there they'll be, select 'em and delete 'em. Job done.
