Hi All
Ive just bought a Garmin 590 and some tyre pressure sensors and I need to change the rubber valve stems to metal ones.

I have a 07 R1200 GSA, I think I may be better with straight stems rather than angled ones due to the forces of the extra weight of the sensor acting on the stem even though it is metal :nenau.
Is there a specific type I need or are they fairly standard ?
My local bike tyre supplier doesn't really know whats best for the Garmin sensors, they just said "I can fit you angled stems".

Basically my questions are "whats best" and "where can I get them"

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Rocketman to the rescue :D here you go 7 mm top part of shaft and 10mm the part that goes thru wheel ,comes with the cup washer under the nut ,they are out there if you look .
The website I had em from are now defunct :nenau.
