Mid November Getaway

Can anyone recommend anywhere to go on the bike in Europe mid-November time please?

I was thinking of the Pico’s for 5-6 days but have been put off because of the weather around this time.

Maybe Southern Spain? Looking to stay off the motorways and for some nice scenery/locations.

I would plan on going to the Picos anyway You might get lucky with the weather.

If the weather turns bad just go South from there.
