Being a literary genius and the devourer of travel books I feel i have a reasonable grasp of the genre and thus conclude that this offering, which led me to part with seven quid of my hard earned is in fact......

CRAP

Don't even bother unless you want a painful attempt at humour, laughable descriptive (like the ones you get in episodes of 24 for the less than intelligent US audience) and sheer go no where annecdotes. Seriously, this guy, I reckon, watched the LWR and thought that his city boy mates would think it cool to read.... I can't believe it got published....

Save yourself 7 quid, get a take away instead...

Don't throw your copy in the bin, I'll have a look.
P.S. If you can, bring me back a Chorizo Revilla Tradicion please

I'll pay you at the next Riverside meet. :fnikefork

Im enjoying it, good thing we dont all like the same things, it is easy to enjoy when you can see bits of yourself in the character, even if some of that is painful!!:eek

Don't listen to :blagblah
It's a very funny read especially if your around your mid 40's :rob.......you will relate to many of his experience along the journey. At £7 its a bargin :JB

I agree. I found it an entertaining read. Most things bike related hold my attention so I personally found it quite a good book. It's not war and peace but would make a good book to have along on a trip. :thumb2
