Mikuni carbs

Hi all,
my 100 GS PD has Mikuni Carbs fitted, as well as dual plug heads, barrel conversions, gas flowed etc.
I know sod all about Mikuni carbs, and have tried searches on the web, but most info comes from companies in the States. Anybody know dealers or agents for Mikuni in the UK please ? A manual or diagrams would be of great help, as I don't even know if they use a specific throttle cable for example, or if they use a standard BMW cable ie are nipples the same as Bing carbs, at the carb end of the cable etc.
They are running fine at the moment, just trying to keep ahead of things !!!

I used rockypointcycles.com very helpful people .They do mainly british bikes but also a bmw conversion. I used their suggested jetting and it ticked over out of the box and runs very well.
