Hi guys

After some opinions if I may trouble you all.

I'm off to the Pyrennees at the end of July, via a visit to Millau on route. Before I go I am thinking of adding some small LED lights similar to the link.

I don't really want to fork out a huge amount of money for a migsel or rugged roads type bracket as I am unlikely to add foglights/spotlights, so was wondering if anybody had an suggestions for best way to mount, where to mount etc etc

Many thanks

Stick a pair of these on the outside of your handguards for £2.99 delivered instead :thumb2

:thumb - they look great for the money... Thanks

Wipe off the handguards with nail varnish remover or surgical spirits.....make sure they're warm as well, before you stick the strip on.
It's probably worth putting a strip of masking tape on as well to act as a guide....if the surfaces are perfectly clean and warm, you will have a bugger of a job getting the stuff off or re-aligning them if you get it wrong :)

I used a pair of wide angle four elements LEDs mounted to the GSA crash frame with insulated stainless P clips.
The lamps are 50mm dia so they got a clip to fit. Frames are 20mm. The stainless is quite thin so I used two clips under each rubber sheath.
Total cost under £20 for lamps and mounts.
I also have some narrow angle spot lamps on the original GSA aux headlight brackets.
The wide angles are tucked on inside of the fuel tank frame otherwise the bike would look like a 1970s scooter.
I've wired in LED dimmers which worked (sort of) but have been unreliable so that's still a work in progress.

Whereabouts on the guards did you put yours? At the top, middle or bottom? I'm thinking of putting them near the bottom so I have some form of guide.

Any photos of yours?
