I purchased some Wunderlich engine bars for a F800 / F650GS twin on ebay delivered by ParcelForce. It had been very poorly packaged - the box was split & an internal packet containing the nuts & bolts was open at one end! :nenau Looking at the instructions, I'm missing over half the required fitments

The allen screws I can get easily. ScrewFix for the Torx screws. But where will I get the big spacers? Had a similar problem with some motech pannier frames last year but couldn't find a local supplier so had to bodge it.
Should I contact wunderlich or is there a useful online supplier for these items?
thank you :)

I would contact the sender, if you can and ask them, maybe the missing where not in the package in error :nenau

If no joy wonderlich I,m sure will help you out....... failing that lotts of fixture and fitting supplies around in shops most likely close to you and online, nuts, bolts, washers, spacers etc :thumb2 :D

If I get a damaged package I sign damaged next to my name, hope you get sorted :beerjug:

Its a pain when a part is missing reminds me of the old MFI flat packed days :blast

all the best,

Damaged Dean :thumby:

cheers guys
I have contacted the seller & asked her to sort it out - she says all the fittings were included. However, it was appallingly packaged - unless ParceF opened it up.... :nenau
Sadly, I didn't notice the tear in the box until I got home so didn't highlight it to PF but since I only carried it to the van then into the house I would have heard them clunk on the floor had they fallen out then.
Fingers crossed Wunderlich will provide a set :aidan
