missing tabs

Hi

on my computer screen at home i do not get the tabs under the UKGSER.com, but on the computer at work i do???

why is this?

it needs to be in plain simple english (bit like me) your replies as i dont do computer stuff!!!

Ahh but without the tabs there is no search button.
