Looking at the MIVV oval titanium silencer with carbon end cap for my 2011 gsa, seems to be a decent bit of kit for the price.
Has anyone fitted one to their bike and will it fit okay with the standard Adventure pannier rails ?
I've contacted the importers with no joy as the factory in Italy apparently shuts for month in the summer for a bit of a lie down !

Why rush? The cans are probably made to order and Italy and France shut for the summer. Also consider something home grown like Beowulf. The mega cheap stuff on eBay is probably that price for a reason.

The Acraprovic Ti "race" system with its twin stacked twin cans could make better use of the space, but has no need to - pretty much anything will fit. The standard muffler box is huge

If in doubt get such as Xtreme Stainless to supply can(s) and link pipe. Andy thinks out of the box so you could try something entirely different.

Beowulf cans are a good price and look good, but they don't offer them for the TC models - I asked them.

No more info. on MIVV but a Dutch BOS can and pipe will fit straight on. Nice noise, not stupidly loud and it partially melts your left indicator for street cred! (Still works 3 years on but indicator all bubbles in the clear plastic!)

Get a Beowulf can and have a link pipe made up by stainless exhaust pipes specialist. Use a suitable length bracket and cooking the indicator wont be an issue.

Beowulf titanium can with carbon end cap is over £270 inc vat and then that is for a pre twin cam and I would need to get a link pipe made.
If the MIVV fits with pannier rails I can get it from BSR for £274.

Neil, did you end up getting the Mivv Oval silencer? If so would you recommend it? Realised over the weekend that the loudest machine in my garage is the lawn mower.. Not acceptable.
