Mongolia - recommend me an operator...

Contemplating Mongolia in 2024. Not a big, solo, ride there from Tesco job but a smaller, two or three week, fly-in, fly-out job.

Want to do it with an operator that will sort bikes, route, accommodation etc.

Anybody got an experience-based recommendation?

Interesting. They were apparently the Mongolian fixers for LWR. They have some really interesting stuff on their site but not bikes…

The organisation was excellent with great food - something hard to come by in Mongolia, apparently.
But the 2024 trip is finished.

There are a few options on the internet, this one looks good (especially the 21 day tour) and not too expensive:

We had a superb time with this company. They have a good reputation, I’m not sure I would go with local ground arrangements done via a local operator only. We had local guides as well as 2 guides from Compass to sort things out when they go wrong, which they will.

I believe Vintage Rides do a Mongolia trip. I did India with them and they were fantastic. Great organisation, well thought out routes and decent value.
