Myself and two friends are leaving for three weeks on the Plymouth/Santander ferry on Sept 28th, I've read somewhere that there is a World of BMW leaving at the same time, is anyone here doing that trip? Do you know your schedule?

See you on the ferry (we're on KTM 640 Adv's)

Cheers

See you on the Ferry then. :thumb2

Yep, I know the schedule. ;)

Where are you staying on your first night in Spain? We're planning on Avilia but wondering if that's a bit optimistic for the first day. We're planning of crossing into Morocco on the Thursday morning and heading for Meknes. When do you cross into Morocco?

Avila is not too ambitious. You will exit the ferry before noon.

Last year about this time we left the ferry and were in Pasaron de la vera East of Plasencia by nightfall with time for a good meal and beer. We had big storms over the Picos and some heavy rain midway, so we weren't going over fast.

Have a look at www.pasaron.com - nice hotel, reasonable rates. We went to a local bar where the barman is a poet. He ended up buying us the beers!!!

Enjoy - wish I could come too.

Simon

I'll look out for you then Bill.

Seriously though, it will be great to hook up with you. :thumb

I'll look forwards to it Roy.....it's Ian (Mr Ifan)and meself in the landy with the big rig behind us.....Micky is my tail ender for this trip but he's getting the next ferry and riding down :)

See you on the boat :thumb2

Not to many beers I hope as we three have a long'ish ride the next day.

David G of the KTM 640 Adventure team.

To boldly go where we are not sure where we are going sort of thing.
