Morocco or Bust (probably the latter..)

Am planning to go to Morocco for 2 weeks or so, probably starting the 1st of January (coincidence... that's when the Dakar is leaving). In fact, hope to be followign the Dakar for a few days.

There's 4 of us (one Advrider .. BoxerBoy). If there are any other takers, let me know. The more the merrier.

Question: Does anyone know the gasoline situation there ?? Is there widely unleaded available, or do we need to take the cat out ???

Some of the smaller filling stations in the south don't do unleaded but can't see that the odd few gallons here and there should make much difference. And even if it did, so what?

Could be flippin cold at the beginning of Jan.

Greg and I passed three garages who'd run out of unleaded on the way back but found some with over 230 miles since the last fill and needing 21.7 ltrs to top up!

We carried spare fuel so it was no big deal...


All that aside... sounds like a good exscuse to by a Y piece to run with the standard can.
