Morrocco middle to end of January?

I'm currently planning a trip to morrocco for a weeks surfing and riding down on the GS.

I also fancy getting out and about, and definitely up into the atlas mountains.

With this in mind, i wondered if there was anyone else around that i can tag along with for these excursions? I don't have a problem with going it alone, but it's always more fun if you have a good crowd to go with!

The best area for you would probably be the Anti-Atlas around Tafraout and Taroudant--close to the surfing beaches, not too high up (otherwise snow, cold) and as far south as possible for the sun.
