Hi,
It’s the whole item I need, there’s a horseshoe piece that is attached to the luggage harness then a grooved pin similar to your pic is bolted to the rack, that locates into the horseshoe. As far as I know it’s only available from Mosko Moto. Was extremely unlucky as Nin gave one away on Saturday as there was no interest in the for sale section here.Thanks for your reply, much appreciated

There’s a guy in Asia who does a whole bunch of alternative mounts and locks for Mosko kit.
