Looking for an MOT on the bike (still on UK plates) so looking for a MOT test centre north of Dublin - would it be Newry or are there any good bike shops in the area that are pretty handy.

Bike shops in NI can't do MOT's, you have to use one of the official centres, you can find their locations here.

Why do an mot if the bike is in the south ? Do you go north / UK a lot ?

wouldnt bother - unless you do the north a lot as the pnc works and penalty same as here for expired mot
