Motech bars again!

Recently fitted these.
Someone warned me about the clearance between the bars and the oil feeder pipe on the LHS of the engine. Despite putting all the bolts in 'finger tight' and tightening them up in various order...I can still only achieve around 2mm clearance. Seems a bit close in the case of a 'bump'?

That's 2mm more than mine had. I found mine was actually rubbing the pipe. post here. So i filed the back of the bar mount in a half moon shape to give a bit more room. Like the blue line on the pic. Mines probably not got much more that 2mm now, but it seems to be ok.
