Motech Crash Bars

I have recently bought a set of Motech bars for my 1200GS from Norman at Nippy's!

For the benefit of anyone that is going to fit them themselves and do not own a comprehensive set of tools, you will need a Torx 50 adapter to unfasten / fasten 2 long bolts. Most "normal" tool sets seem to have Torx adapters up to size 40.

I needed a T55 on mine for the two big frame to engine bolts at the back. But my bike was originally a German build rather than UK build. Dunno if that makes a difference ???

T55 fits the bolts Uk bikes too.
