NLM

....never again, I bought a mark1 lemon this year from NLM and the bike was so badly prepped, the loose head stock bearings and brake failure almost caused a major spill. The paint job smudged its way off as well. The bike was returned. Not a good experience. :censor:

To be fair it sounds like they were trying to recreate the Guzzi experience as if you were buying it new in the 70s..

Here's one I bought earlier this year :D

T3 was the first Guzzi I bought in the early 80s, took me to the south of France and I can remember the panic when travelling round the Paris Peripherique when the oil pessure kept dropping to zero. Was in the 30s though and the traffic was crawling.:eek:

Better pic of my T3 than the one posted elsewhere on here

Saw this on a classic run on Saturday.

250 single, I like the detail on the tyre pump :thumb

this is pretty much how I bought my le mans, pictures make it look far better than real life, and don't show the wiring which was horrendous, with much that didn't work!

the dash is how I bought it, only the neutral lamp worked!

anyhow I widened the bars slightly and fully rewired it using modern switchgear, blade fuses, and relays for both the ignition switch and main and low beam, I also replaced the throttle cables and the carb springs for lighter ones, the metal brake line was replaced with kunifer, it came without indicators and although I liked the look, I decided to fit some small ones, mirrors are of some 80's honda that I had lyng around !

I added the mark 1 fairing that I got from a seller in Germany, it was cheaper than the UK supplied ones and decent quality, I painted it Ford rosso red, but it's not an exact match!
