The S7 I lusted after was a black tank, with orange (I think?) stripes.

sounds like a 750S or an S3, the same bike that attracted me to guzzi

like any addiction (as any long term owner will tell you - they are )

you do it for the buzz you get from it.
that buzz will cost you.
personally - i'm happy

Cali 3 - had it nearly 8 years.
never ever kept any Bike for that long before....
so, there must be something to it.
