Motorbiking Bournemouth

Motorbiking Dealer in Christchurch

Hi Timd

I have had a couple of bikes off them fairly recently and have been happy with the buying experience both times. I hada VFR VTEC from them about 2 years ago and more recently SWMBO had a 600 Fazer off them - both times they were willing to do a deal although you are never going to get a massive reduction.

They have a good local reputation which always counts for a lot!!

Both bikes were well prepared on collection and the guys were more than happy to go over anything time and time again until you were happy. They "lost" the pillion seat cover off the VFR before I took delivery and were open and honest about it plus they ordered a replacement from Honda without me having to push for it:thumb

One word of warning seeing as you are a fair distance away DO phone him and check availability before you travel as the stock seems to turn over fairly rapidly

Hope this helps

been in business for years, always had a reputation for only selling clean bikes AFAIK.

i never seen any crap in there when i visit the rather excellent chinese next door.

i could probably pop in and take pics or give a general opinion of anything if you're interested. motorbiking, that is, not the chinese :D

Thanks to both of you but I rang earlier today only to find the bike in question had been reserved. Shame really as it looked like a good purchase. Anyhow, the search continues...

I bought a Fazer 1000 from them a couple of years ago. No problems whatsoever.

However, one thing to bear in mind if the reserve falls through and you're next in line - they've told me they don't do test rides (I also heard them tell someone else, so I don't think it was that they just didn't trust me!). They say they will "give you your money back" if you're not satisfied after driving away from shop. Even if it is that simple, it's obviously not so cost effective to have to cancel any insurance you've arranged.

I have had a bike from them and been in a few times. They only take in bikes in top condition - most of the stuff in there looks corrosion free and very tidy, and they often have some older, low mileage bikes in that look nice.

Have bought a bike from these guys.. They're really top guys ,very genuine and they do as they say, no worries.. All of their stock is first class, you never see crap in there.. If you have a problem they will sort it for you with no quibbling ar rows.. Excellent reputation ,and have been trading for a good long while in the local area, well established business. Peter is now taking a bit of a back seat and its running mainy with the other fella, GUY i think his name is.. You can buy with confidence, a mate of mine has been a customer for a good many years and he swears by them,,,, not AT THEM,lol..

I came over from Ireland to buy a VFR from them a few years ago and recommended to a mate back here who did the same! I've no hesitation in saying they were top drawer! Dont expect to go in and chew-the-fat with them for hours and pass the time of day........they are 'business-like' in terms of friendliness, but the stock they keep in A1.

AFAIK, they take a lot of non-marque stock from a local BM and a local HD dealer and its always in high demand.
