Motorola phone really really quiet on autocom

Just got my autocom all set up (thanks to the previous owner leaving the wiring for the the autocom on the bike!). However, I cannot get the mobile phone bit to work properly. The mobile is a motorola and I have right lead. However, when I receive a call, the music only cuts out for a couple of seconds before winding back up again and the incoming call is sooooo quiet. Anyone got any advice. If not I suppose I'll have to fork out for the bluetooth thingy.

It sounds to me like the phone isnt supplying a good level of volume, this is proved by the music coming up so quickly. As the music mute all works on the amount of volume coming via the phnoe socket. I would recommend trying if you can a different phone or sending your system back to us for a check over where we can try with some of our phones if needed.

thanks but i've decided to splash out and for ultimate convinience I've got the bluetooth dongle, which works great (once I'd re-read the instructions and noticed the auto-answer bit!). Time for some ebay action!!
