Moulded ear ipod speakers

Short of going to a bike show, does anyone know how I can get some moulded ipod in ear speakers? I was waiting for the NEC but then it rather imploded.

I've tried various stenhauser etc speakers but they tend to emerge over time especially if my head is hot/sweaty.

The last pair of moulded ones were great but the wires were very thin and cheap (despite the high price) and failed over a couple of years.

A good pair of moulded personal speakers is a great boon on a long journey.

I think these people make a mould for you ear into which you can fit other ear phones.
Also fully moulded ear pieces for motor cycling, I have a pair of these, very good have used them on ipod they work well.

The ultimate ear website gives the phone number of a contact in Cardiff who will take a moulding and then you send it off for the speakers to be mounted. That's the way Elvie and I will be going in the near future.

You don't need to go to a show to get impressions taken or visit our office in Kent. We (Ultimateear) have arrangement with agents all over the UK list here

By calling the office (020 8309 4385) they can advise of your nearest and make an appointment on your behalf.

Once your impressions are obtained they are sent in to our lab to made in to your product of choice, we don't as Gipsy said mount speakers to the impression, the impressions are used to make the caste in to which another material is used for the finished product, the speakers are mounted in this product/material.

no ive had no problems with worth a try before diving in at the expensive end
