Moving maps (2010.20) to replacement disk?

So I need to replace the hard disk in one of my computers as it's toast. I have a version of mapsource & 2010.20 maps on another computer, both of which were downloaded from the web so I don't have teh DVD.

Any idea how I can get the 2010.20 maps onto my new disk?

Is it just a case of backing up the Garmin directory (including the CNEURO8 directory) and restoring onto my new disk or is there more to it than that?
