Mozilla Firefox has recently updated and the latest version has disabled the Garmin Communicator Add-ons, apparently for added security all add-ons have to be "signed" whatever that is.:nenau

Because I am on Windows 10 I have Microsoft Edge rather than explore and Garmin Communicator is not compatible with that either.

Anyone else got this problem and know how to resolve it?

I thought it was partly Garmin's policy taking it down this route. One of my Garmin devices has stopped working through the plugin to Chrome and I now have to use Garmin Express. Garmin want your details themselves, rather than you working through a 3rd party plugin so they can try to flog you stuff.

I am using Windows 10 and Garmin Express, without any trouble, if that's any help.

I did notice after W10 performed the start of its "Version 1511" upgrade, many of my downloaded Apps, and a few of the core Windows 10 Apps became unusable, but they're back to normal now. If you view the W10 Update history (via the Settings option) you'll see 1511 is a bit of a long-running update; mine started on 10 December and still ain't finished.

Sorted. I went into Add Ons in Firefox and searched for Garmin communicator and downloaded the latest version and it now shows as Enabled. Pity Firefox has also disabled my Kaspersky security protection as well though DOH!
