mp3/wav>>>> Midi files

Does anybody know of a programme that converts mp3s (or wav) to MIDI files, I've got a new mobile and I'm trying to convert a couple of songs to ringtones.
I've tried a couple and after tapping (Intelliscore) along like a prat the results are a total waste of time..

I'm sure I've got some software to do this but I can't find it at the moment.

OK bawdy, it's a feature in a sequencer program called Powertracks Pro from PG Music (www.pgmusic.com).

I would guess you have no reason to buy it if all you want to do is create a couple of midi files so if you can mail me (dickl at ntlworld dot com) some mp3's or tell me what tune you want I'll do my best to get the conversion done.
