What are you getting to the gallon Peter?
My 650(800cc) averages 70.
Does everything I want it to do & cheap to run

I have also just swapped from a R1200GS LC to a new F800GS.
My 1200 stated 65mpg on the trip computer, reality was nearer 60mpg over 24000 miles. My previous single cam R1200GS was only good for 50 to 55 no matter how I rode it.
The GS800 at 1000 miles old is hovering around the 68 mpg mark and seems realistic at refuelling time. My wifes F700GS is always between 70 and 85mpg
