I have had my MSR Dragonfly since 1998 and its seen a lot of use.
This year, it started to have a problem with the needle valve, so I sent it back to these guys with a cheque for £15 for a service : http://www.firstascent.co.uk/msr_warranty.asp
I put a nice letter in with it, explaining the units age, its use and the fact its been a cracking good stove and kept me fed through europe and at home on many trips.
I sent it back with its original pump which had cracked and though still worked was fiddle to use, and explained i had bought a replacement pump a while earlier.
It took about 3weeks and the stove was returned, with new burner cup, new wick, new valve, and a new pump. And NO bill for extra.. Now thats what I call service. They replace most seals etc for your £15, and so I think its worth the time/effort/cash.
Reason for the post, is have met a few people who were not aware this service existed.
